Nick Skelton

One of Britain’s greatest-ever equestrians, Nick Skelton was born in Warwickshire in 1957. Having won team gold in London at his eighth Olympic Games in Rio, 2016, he won the individual gold medal, the first British rider ever to do so, proving himself one of Britain’s most durable sports stars. He was made CBE in the New Year’s Honours List in 2017. His memoir GOLD was published in 2017.
