Rachel moved to Paris six years ago to pursue a passion for patisserie. Today she owns her own restaurant (‘La petite cuisine à Paris’, Paris’ smallest underground restaurant) from her tiny kitchen. Her book and TV series, The Little Paris Kitchen, have become a huge success and Rachel represents French cooking with a fresh and modern twist.
